They were nice to me when I went in looked up the car I wanted to see. Then I though I was going to see it and then the sale guy took it back. I didn't get to see the car or test drive it. The sale guy took my info was going to trade my car in for a lower payment. With no down payment. Then the sales guy tired to get me into a cars I didn't wanted and wanted to see if I can do 300 hundred a month and I already told him when I went in that I was tried to lower it. So then he said then I can help you out then. So I left crying. I will not come back and I don't recommend anyone going .

Frank is the man! Had no intentions of buying anything today and he got us an INSANE deal that we couldn't turn down. He was upfront & honest which is really hard to find at a car dealership. Honestly the first enjoyable experience Ive EVER had buying a car!

This is a follow up to a review I wrote a few weeks ago after a bad experience with the Service department. I was finally able to speak with the general manager and he was able to take care of everything. Things happen at times, but how you handle them is important. Everything was cleared up and he made sure I knew it was a mistake that rarely happens. We chalked it up to some miscommunication and bad timing. My car works flawlessly and I am more than happy with the service I received from Lucas. One of their Sales managers even contacted me personally to make sure everything was taken care of. I would gladly take my car back there for service and have always sent people there for sales.

Bought a brand new Dodge journey from them a few years ago. The salesman was a lair! He told me the SUV had blue tooth which was a very important thing to my husband and i and of course it didn't. When we found this out we contacted the saleman right away. He told us they didn't have the modular for this vehicle but they would install it when ever it came out. I contacted him and the manager over 10x in the 3 Years after we got it. They always told us Dodge didn't come out with one. Called Dodge headquarters and they told me that it was between me and the dealer. NEEDLESS TO SAY I WILL NEVER GO TO THIS DEALERSHIP OR BUY ANOTHER DODGE!!!!!!!

Unbelievable experience at Lucas Dodge! Mike Morford was a pleasure to deal with and I would highly recommend you go see him for any of your Chrysler Jeep Dodge needs. This dealership really cares about their customers with exceptional customer service. I would definitely go here for your next car you won't be disappointed! Love my new Daytona Thanks to everyone at Lucas!
