Kurt and his team replaced my roof and skylights in my house. Kurt did an estimate, advised me on materials, and waited for me to talk with other companies to compare. His prices were fair and his open approach appealed to me, so I decided to go with his company. I am glad I did. The team worked fast and demonstrated expertise. They gave me maintenance advice and cleaned up very well before they left. The roof and the skylights looked and performed beautifully. They also showed how much they stand behind their work! I noticed that some shingles raised near the base of the smoke stack. I don't know what caused it, but the roof still performed well and didn't leak. The only thing that was affected was the appearance. However, I decided to call Kurt and ask how much it would cost to fix. He told me he would fix it free of charge because they stand my their work. Within a week the issue was fixed! Thank you, Kurt and Chesapeake Roofing. I will call you again if I need your help and recommend you to my friends.

This company was a dream to work with. I had a sunroom with a leak in an odd spot, and 3 previous contractors either never returned my calls or told me to just tear the room down and rebuild. I called Chesapeake for a final estimate before resigning myself to losing the room, and Mark came out to take a look. He was the ONLY contractor to go up on the roof and go inside to check out the situation. Afterwards, he sent several other guys out to gather their opinions, and then brought the owner out himself, and we worked out a solution to the problem without tearing down and rebuilding, saving my gorgeous, custom-built sunroom and thousands of dollars. A couple months and several rainstorms later - no leaks!!! These guys go above and beyond for their clients, and for a reasonable price too.

A very positive experience. My sales rep was friendly and thorough. We received new shingles on our townhouse. The job was done efficiently and they left without a trace. Minus a few stragglers of scraps. Nothing to get bothered by. Will recommend and use again without hesitation. Don't be surprised; ask questions and you will get an educated answer.

A wind storm damaged our siding along with our neighbors roof. She suggested Chesapeake Roofing which another neighbor used. We were so satisfied with the their job. Within 10 days we had the siding on the whole side of our house replaced at a reasonable cost. The crew was so efficient, they had the job done in less than 5 hours with everything clean up. Kurt Burkhart worked with us, call us, kept us informed and came the day after to make sure we were satisfied. Highly recommend them to anyone who needs siding, roofing and windows. We'll surely call them again if needed.

I am extremely pleased with the work done by Chesapeake Roofing - from the initial person (Mark) that came out to give me an estimate, to the guys coming to my house early to get the work done, to the finished product and perfectly clean work space. I would definitely recommend Chesapeake... I will for sure be looking to them for future work (windows and siding).
