I heard their ad on radio this morning so decided to call about getting a quote.  Spoke to a very nice rep, and all was great until I was told they would only come over to give a quote if both my wife and I would meet with the sales rep/ appraiser...    The fact that my wife could careless who does our roof, or what it costs, didn't make a difference. Just when you think you've heard it all...:)

Awesome experience! Friendly, knowledgeable and worked hard to get us a deal we could afford and be comfortable with.  Great product and materials.  Workers did a fantastic job as well.  They worked so hard, cleaned up well and were done in a day!  Fantastic from the estimate to the finished product

We needed two windows enlarged to be egress windows in our bedrooms so the house would pass local inspection. We also replaced additional windows, in part due to age and in part due to Long's minimum for window work. Folks at Long took great care to make sure the two new windows were of appropriate size to pass inspection, with the measuring tech making a return visit after realizing details about availabilty of certain options. The installation was smooth and very quick for the large amount of work. All our new windows are great! We noticed some minor caulking issues, and someone from Long was there within a week to patch it up. Highly recommended.

Long Roofing did a great job installing our new roof. They arrived when they promised and to my surprise were finished in one day. There were a few minor issues that need addressed and they were taken care of promptly. Customer service group was great to deal with. Wayne, the salesman was very informative and gave us all the information we needed to make the decision of what type of roof we wanted.

They made an appointment to sell me a roof, I took the day off, they didn't show up and when I called in, they said they don't service my area, and should have called to cancel. They said "I do apologize." That doesn't cut it. BAD customer service.
