Although I had a pleasant experience here. My wife had a bad abscess tooth. She went in, they told her she had a swollen limpnode and if she wanted to see the doctor she had to pay 100 dollars right then. The nurse told her to pay. Where do they do that? Now her abscess is gushing we are going to drive over an hour to a real hospital so she can start antibiotics. Keep in mind 2am and no one else was even in this hospital. Way to be lazy guys.

Went to bring a friend to the ER for possible alcohol poisoning and the nurse Theresa Kidd called us "stupid underage kids, who were at a party" all of us are of age and we were not at a party. the friend we bought there was the only one with alcohol in their system. She told us they wouldn't take us. after back and forth discussion how we are at the ER and thought that is what the ER is for. We went to Northside Hospital in Forsyth(45 minutes/30 miles) where our friend went in to Urgent care. They confirmed this action was illegal to refuse case.

Extremely rude to my mother and accused her of over dosing my grandmother. My mom followed the directions given by the doctor and the medicine they prescribed my grandma and they were too strong and almost put my grandma into a coma. Also my grandmother was there on Saturday and they have apparently have no record of it... Talk about great book keeping! Not to mention the doctor who has completely rude to her in the ER.

Rude nurses.  My wife has absolutely never taken more medication than her drs. prescribe.  She went to Chestatee because of low blood pressure, which is a problem she's had many times before.  She had received an injection at another facility due to shingles.  When we got home her bp dropped cause of her sensitive reaction, so I called 911.  The nurse at Chestatee accused my wife and wrote on her dismissal instrutions of an accidental overdose of her meds.  I am disgusted!

Youngin was admitted for pneumonia, Overall experience and wait times where allot better then expected. Will make this option one next time.
