I visited the Pediatric Department on Saturday with my three year old son. We didn't even get to sit because they quickly called us back to triage. Everyone showed concern for my son, and everyone was nice to us. We were out within an hour and a half and they had resolved my son's issue. Thanks to everyone! From Registration to the doctor, you were all great!!

Such nice people. Unfortunately had to come here today, but the staff did there best to make sure the time there was as comfortable as possible. I have been here twice in the last year and both times I have received exceptional service.

They helped me a lot. I would have died if not for them. I was admitted 5 days, and the staff were very friendly and understanding. The food menu was spread out and easy to understand and they provide excellent care and unlimited help to their patients

I can't speak the ER experiences, but I had my daughter at Kennestone two years ago almost and we couldn't have been happier with the overall experience. Everyone was friendly and supportive. I rated at a 4 because the rooms weren't the most up-to-date rooms, but they were private and allowed us to spend time heal and enjoy our new one without worries. Security for the newborn area was great. I am going back next year to have another one.

I came to pediatric emergency here at 10:00 am. It is now 12:25 pm and my 7 year old son has not seen a nurse or doctor. I'm a very understanding person but this is unacceptable! Front desk said we have an estimated wait of another 30 minutes. Every one is nice and respectful but bring food and water becuase you might have to wait 4 hours before seeing a doctor.
