Howard called me at 8AM after I was accused with a crime that would hurt my life and my career. I am always trying to learn as much as I can and I know I can be a little bit too much at times. I met with Ben the next morning and he seemed very experienced and my idea was to plead guilty to a lesser charge since I believed in my innocence. I had desire to go two years and prove my innocence but in criminal law sometimes if you fight too much you can get burned. Being a fanatic of Dateline I was upset this was happening to me but I was also happy to know I have a seasoned attorney like Howard. Experience is gold here. So Howard got me what I wanted a simple 'too fast for road conditions'. It will not even go on my record. Masterful negotiatior.

I also got paid $30k after Howard referred me to a lawyer and my employer who was acting unethical and I am now happy with a lesser charge and employer paid me all he owed.

I have known Mr. Weintraub for about 2 years now. I can honestly say without his help I don't know where I would be. I was charged with some serious felonies (3 to be exact) that could have given me a substantial time in prison. He reassured me every step of the way and helped me understand everything that was happening. I never saw a jail cell and was given a second chance which I highly believe was all because of Howard. I am now going to one of the top 40 universities in the country because he helped me get out of my troubles. Seriously, he is one of the best and MOST GENUINE.

Over 13 years ago Howard was able to help me with a legal matter that helped simplify my life in a huge way. That alone was an incredible feat. Just recently I discovered I had an issue with something that came out of that case 13 years ago. I called Howard, and after 13 years he picked up the phone and helped me. He gave a lot of attention to my issue and he didn't have to. After 13 years he didn't even hesitate to help. He is a busy guy and he treats you like you are his only client.

I highly recommend Howard J. Weintraub to anyone in need of a criminal defense attorney.  I contacted his office about an unfortunate situation I recently found myself in and he immediately called me back.  He was very informative and reassuring. I highly recommend him to anyone in need of a criminal defense attorney.

Mr Howard Weintraub is absolutely amazing. My boyfriend had a case in Georgia that no other lawyer would go near because he was out of state. Howard got him out of jail and worked diligently to close this case with the best possible outcome. He called very frequently to check on my boyfriend with how he was doing. The police had taken a large amount of money and Howard got it back. He got my boyfriend a wonderful deal with the case in Georgia and no court costs. I would highly reccomend Mr. Weintraub to anyone who needs a diligent smart and compassionate straight shooting lawyer.
