The guy was VERY rude and did pressed credit instead of debit when my friend swiped his card. My friend then called his card and let the man hear the balance when my friend asked him to swipe again he waved us away and aggressively told us to go to 711 then pointed to the "right to refuse service to anyone" sign and told us to get out. Very terrible experience and terrible customer service!!!

I made a purchase inside and after swiping my card the clerk told me the transaction didn't go through and swiped it a second time. When I got my bank statement that month, I saw that I had actually been charged twice for purchase. I called to speak with the manager and he demonstrated incredibly poor customer service, showed no understanding or desire to listen to my situation, and refused to refund me or even provide me with the items that I had paid for.

absolutely the worst place ever avoid at all cost, 
 i went to get my car smog i see there's about 6 people mostly women and kids one male. i asked how long the wait is, he says 20 min. i wait 30 minutes, nobody is leaving. turns out this group of people are all family members not even customers. I'm the only customer here!! then he says he doesn't know if can do it right now because he is babysitting  (girl 3-5 years old) . so are you babysitting or are you at work . besides a smog shop is no place for a child. what if that child were to walk onto those rollers while it was testing... if you don't want to do your  job, stay home and babysit the right way. 
professionalism bro learn it.
