Clean enough inside, but there are almost always homeless people sitting outside and solicitors trying to sell you stuff or get you to donate as you walk in/out.

This is the cornerstone of The Most Interesting Intersection In San Jose, and every 25-year-old Vietnam vet and teenage crusty with a sleeping bag bigger than he is, is required to wash up here. Along with every other kind of human flotsam and jetsam you can imagine. 

And in the end, it's a Walgreens. Most stuff overpriced, occasional deals on stuff, but open until 10 or so, so you can buy that $30 wired computer mouse an hour after Fry's closes, or, well, anything else a Walgreen's sells.
