Called them to request a VIN # for a vehicle. They told me they couldn't provide me with the number. I asked why and they said 'because my manager told me so'. I then asked to speak to the Manager and the sales rep hung up on me. I will be reporting this dealer to the Better Business Bureau (BBB)..

I just left this dealership I will never step foot in it again I went and test drove a car and asked the salesman how much the car was he laughed and said don't worry about that you'll have low payments and he said well the most important thing is that you like the car CLOWN REALLY??? When a customer ask the price for something you should automatically know a price not make up one even we get back to the dealership I had to ask for my drivers licence and check stubs 10 times they tried to make me purchase a car I was really getting ready to call the police because they didn't give me my identification back whenever they make copies why hold on to my things and why did I have to ask ten times for my identification? He told me oh the finance manager is looking to make sure things are correct for a whole damn hour I don't think so. I went in the finance manager room she got my identification sitting on top of the shelf like what the hell were they doing with it? They wouldn't release my identification until I started raising my voice, she tells me well the banks didn't approve you anyway I said well why are you still holding on to my identification give me my sh$$ and what bank?? you are a buy here pay here lot there is no bank you do the financing I'm a woman and I went by myself big mistake someone I know recommended me I feel like calling me a lawyer he told me when we got back to the place and came out the office with a piece of paper oh congratulations you're approved I didn't shake his hand I said how much is the car it was a 2008 impala with over 100,000 miles on it $15,494 when he got done breaking down the suppose to be savings and sales he said it's 9,494 with a $2,000 down payment and 180 every two weeks complete clowns from the head down to the salesman good riddance I didn't buy anything they are rip offs and thei tried to do the switch and bait I'll hold on to your identification until you buy I car oh no 911 on speed dial

Bought 2005 Jetta had it 3weeks and Trans went out ... they only give you 500 miles or 15 days if the car has under 120,000 extended  warranty won't kick in for 60 days ... Cheep used cars just are not worth it ... $3000 gone
