Let me just say that TOM is the man. I came in, and gave these guys a hard time. They put up with my BS and made a deal in no time. Dan the other guy who was helping out with the loan immediately offered me what I was going to ask for price wise, without me even having to ask. These guys are efficient, let me tell you. Tom drove all the way from MI to Chicago IL so I didn't have to drive back there to sign papers for the car loan. I will come back for another purchase, and i trust these guys to get me a deal I can count on. HIGHLY recommend them.

Saw a beautiful truck out there so decided to stop and check it out. Really like it so we inquired about it. The sales man was no help, asked him for a trade in value of our truck, wouldn't give us an answer called for weeks, couldn't get a return call so we went to Betten Baker in Coopersville... They were more then happy to help us, found A Ford that we liked just as much if not more and bought that! Thanks Betten Baker for treating people like you would wanna be treated!

This is the best place to buy a used car. I've bought my last 2 vehicles from Bob. He is an exceptional salesman and very honest. My first was a 2008 Mercury Milan with 89,000 miles that had mininal issues and we still have this car next a 2014 Lincoln MKZ and is an amazing car at an amazing Price. I will be going to buy my 3rd vehicle from here this weekend. I have had such exceptional vehicles from here. Bob and Dan Pfeiffer sold me such great cars and PROVIDED awesome service I cant feel comfortable going anywhere else. Thank you. BRANDY SMITH

I'd be looking for a good place to get oil changes and definitely found it!  We just had our 2nd oil change and 2 days later, noticed almost all the oil had leaked out.  When I called, I was told Joel would be to our house in 10 min.  He called a tow truck, took me back for a loaner car, fixed the problem and had our vehicle returned by end of day.  What amazing service and commitment to customer satisfaction!!  They have a new loyal customer and I highly recommend them!
