I had multiple items requiring service and each one was given careful attention and  all service issues expertly addressed. There is always a knowledgeable and courteous staff available to ensure that your vehicle leaves the service department in great shape. Scheduling appointments is easy, charges are reasonable, and service is completed on a timely basis. I am a highly satisfied customer.

I have always considered the service department at Jones' to be very, very good. Very professional and competent. And very friendly. My last service requirement was no exception. The work was handled efficiently and promptly. My bill was almost $700. So herein lies my concern:
After completing the financial end of the service call (ringing it up on my credit card), the girl in the office did not offer up a "Thank you". Not at all unpleasant during the finalization of the billing, she wished me to have a nice day but no "Thank you". Now, do I feel the good people at Jones' do not appreciate my business? Far from it. And I will continue to take my vehicles there for service needs. But, much the same as greeting each customer with "Hello",  each customer should leave with a "Thank you".

I had nothing but a great experience with Jones Chevrolet.  From my initial phone call, to going to the dealership to look at the vehicle, to signing our names on the line, we were treated very well and fair.  All employees were wonderful to work with, very kind, and very knowledgeable.  I would definitely go back to Jones Chevrolet for our next vehicle purchase.
