I called this number at 22:17 (10:17PM) Wednesday July 26th, 2017 with an emergency for my little sister who IS A MINOR AND WAS MISSING FOR AN Hour. I told the woman who answered we couldn't find her and the apartment was locked and we didn't know if she was in there or never made it home. I asked for the police to come kick in the door because we couldn't get anyone to help. She said the police don't do that. I pleaded with her and said we want to be lawful and not have anyone kick in the door. She says with the most sarcasm "well kick in the door the police will just be called". I tell her that's unprofessional and her attitude is not helping my missing minor sister. Then she says "are we talking about a door or a missing minor?" once again in the most sarcastic way. I tell her she needs to transfer me to someone who can help and she is acting like she doesn't want to. When I start telling her that something is going to be done about her behavior and wanting her name she transfers me mid sentence. This is unacceptable for a dispatcher. I worked for 911 dispatch in Highland Park I know that is not how you answer calls. Yes I know it was a non emergency number which I explained to her that I was not in the area to call 911 where it would be in the right jurisdiction so that's why I called there. This is unacceptable. Thankfully the woman who I was transferred to a Ms. Posner was extraordinarily helpful and efficient. Luckily we found my sister before the police made it. But if something had happened to my sister I wasted very serious time dealing with this nonsensical attitude from the dispatcher who answered my call at 10:17PM on Wednesday July 26 2017. This is unacceptable and I will be pressing this issue further.

So here is the problem you have a few bad apples but the larger problem is when you put a bad next to a good apple. See the bad apple will never turn good again and will only accelerate the speed in which the good apple turns bad. Change is here can you hear it? Can you feel it? Did you even know it or were you to busy being scared of everyone? The stories that come out of your city makes no one wants to visit beautiful Chicago. Will you do what is right? Can you change?

Officers I am so sorry you are disrespected and the population you deal with day-to-day might change the way you perceive people. You are loved, prayed over, and I pray fervently that God blesses, protects, and shows His power to you that you might depend on Him. Thank you for what you do and I don't say that lightly....you are loved!

They shot my dad for a moving violation. Even though it was simple mishap, thank you for killing the POS. He used to beat and rape animals, very similar in the way police beat and rape the law.
