This place is completely unorganized , from the staff to the disgusting bathrooms ! They open with no Toilet Paper in either bathroom , so bring your own. They are ignorant here and do not care about what you need , if you have the option transfer to the public aid office on 119th and haslted (blue island) . Oh pack a lunch if you come here you'll be here til they close !

I went online to complete my application. I received a letter that I have an appointment for 115pm. I arrived at 1pm. it is 219pm and I am still waiting to be seen. When I asked to speak to the office manager, I'm told by security they don't know where he/she is and I should wait in line to speak to someone. What's the purpose of going online to complete an application when you have to come in and wait anyway? This system is deplorable!

THEY NEED BETTER STAFF MEMBERS PERIOD! THEY ARE SO UNPROFESSIONAL, VERY RUDE, IRRESPONSIBLE AND SO UNORGANIZED! THEY DISCRIMINATE AGAINST CERTAIN CLIENTS THAT COMES INTO THE OFFICE THAT THEY HAD PAST ISSUES WITH. I'VE BEEN GOING TO THIS OFFICE SINCE February OF THIS YEAR AND I'VE BEEN HAVING A HARD TIME GETTING THE HELP THAT I NEED FROM THE STAFF. THEY DEFINITELY WILL GIVE YOU THE RUN AROUND. THEY WILL NOT CONTACT YOU ABOUT THE STATUS OF YOUR CASE WHATSOEVER. I PRAY THAT SOMETHING GETS DONE ABOUT THIS SITUATION IF NOT, THEY WILL CONTINUE TO TREAT CLIENTS UNEQUALLY AND THAT'S NOT RIGHT!

Everytime i cum up here these ppl are not organized they never are they always changin up there waitin arrangments then its like they dont wanna see ppl.....yall don't like 2 help or fix ppl problems.....yall need NEW WORKERS. CUZ THESE UP HERE AINT DOIN THERE JOBS PROPERLY....IRRITATED 2 THE MAX

This Human Services Facility is not working and does not have services needed for the 21st century. It's a cattle call facility. Seniors have NO priorities. Humans disabled or not wait outside in the cold freezing weather until doors open. Standing room only . Add in another facility , this is the year 2018.
