Being a reviewer for Google search engine is an awesome opportunity to meet and greet business owners and employees.... I have visited this store again over the summer with my children... Who likes the food... I meet Mr. Sam who is now the operator owner... He greeted myself and my children with a smile and has every since. My background is in IT Audit... I now manage a private equity firm... I believe Mr. Sam's attitude will over time change the culture of this store and promote a self awareness in his workers/family to act, look and work among themselves and service this community with a A+ service... I think Mr. Sam gets it.. Until next time

Staff is always courteous and helpful and they keep the place clean.  Oftentimes you'll have a manager walk around checking with diners to see how they're doing and if they need anything else. Very good service.

They should make sure that all workers (especially the ones talking to all the customers at the window or counter) are nice and willing to cater to their customers. If the customer has a request to get their frosted coffee they way they want it to, then there should be no problem. I've been getting it the same way ever since it came out and still do so every week. But the new hispanic lady at the window had a problem with my request and some attitude, saying i shouldn't do that, and making things very unpleasant. Thanks for ruining my morning, lady. I'm only giving an extra star because the manager fixed it. Oh and they messed up my order and charged me for fries when i didn't even order one.

What can you say. Chik fil a has great service and great food consistently. This location is great. Never a problem.
