Worst Panera experience we have ever had. 
They were out of something on each different sandwich that was ordered.
Food was not up to Panera standards.  Soup was cold and the bread was burned
Restaurant was not clean

Horrible!!!!!! They don’t even deserve 1 start.
1st - you add a pastry on my bill that I did not ask for and did not get. I bring this to your attention and the manager said “she wants her $.99?” Yes...yes I do
2nd - you send me out with the wrong sandwich. I bring it back. Same manager has an attitude because I want what I paid for. 
3rd - I had to remind you that I’m waiting for you to make my sandwich and when they finally give it to me it’s a sloppy mess.

Don’t waste your time or money. I have been to this cafe several times in the past and have ordered via the mobile app. My order is rarely ever ready. today I️ observed another lady come in looking for her food and her food is done but everyone is busy so she has to wait for them to hand her, her bag that is ready which is located behind the counter. At least five times I have had to wait for my bagel to be toasted in the past. They had my order behind the counter and no one even takes the time to speak when you walk in the door so guess what wait on your food and for you to be acknowledged. 
Today I decided let’s not order online let’s just go in so I did I was finishing a phone call so I allowed the person behind me to go before me and the cashier had to make it order. I stood at the register while she was helping and the manager walked past and didn’t say a word. Then he finally back tracked to see if i had been helped and I️ replied no. 
The general manager Kevin I think is his name took my order and walked to put my bagel in the toaster then he walked away from about five ten minutes to cut up some fruit not saying give me a second to make it fresh or anything.  
I finally get to work and open my fruit cup and bagel and I think I am safe well I get half way done with my fruit cup and notice something on my grape I assume it might be some fruit droppings. No it was a bug alive and well on my fruit cup. 
I called customer service. And spoke to Dan he took my concerns down and said I should call and give a incident report Being in management I think that practice is crazy the cafe should call me. He gave me one reward for all the trouble I have been through. I laughed. I mean you want me to eat here again sir. But why do I need to call and report something I just did they should be calling me to address my concerns Further. 
This store lacks customer service, and food quality overall so sad. And time and time again I have not said anything but today was the last day I will go silent.

Visited yesterday and wasn't impressed with the service.  Visited again today to ensure wasn't being too harsh.  Well, confirmed -  I plan to make it my last visit for some time.  The service at the Turner Hill location is atrocious with rude cashiers.  I bought 5 cherry pastry to give away and had to throw them out.  They were so eggy; yuck!  The children wouldn't eat them.  It was like they broke eggs on top of the pastry.  Bad service; waste of my money.
