Food was delicious. Very hot food, excellent customer service. The seats was wonderful, no wait at 9:30 pm. Atmosphere was relaxing with entertainment including television. My man was with me, the game was on and great music. I recommend this location in Lithonia, GA.

During this visit, the waitress was attentive, understanding and respectful. We got a seat upon entering and service within 8 minutes after being seated. My last visit......... was a HALF STAR. I ordered online at 10 am and I didn't get my food 45 minutes after I arrived at the restaurant, when the pick up time was at 4pm. If I hadn't already paid for the food, I would have left. I waited 20 minutes for someone to retrieve my order and another 25  for the food. They were short staffed.

So I was here yesterday and it was a Complete waste of time. Coming in the door there was no hostess So we waited about 10 minutes for someone to sit us. It was not a busy day yet it took 30 minutes for someone to come and get our drink order and it was the same hostess that set us. After waiting another 30 minutes for the to drinks I came to the conclusion that Chili’s didn’t need my money and I got up and left. I can see if it was busy I’ll a little more understanding. Oh this is the funny part After waiting 30 minutes for the drinks and we got up to leave I hear the Bartender screams out cancel that drink order. Now I really wanted to turn around say you never put it in. But that just shows me that you didn’t notice me sitting and waiting for service in Chose not to do your job.

Excellent service from the greeting at the front door until we were leaving for the evening....... my friend had shrimp pasta with jalapenos and fajita peppers.  I had a veggie quesadilla  with fajita peppers with jalapenos and our drink was a strawberry mango Daiquiri with whipped cream. The food was delish and the blondie dessert was totally amazing.  **Our host was also our bartender and server he was also awesome.

Southwestern food with a kinda shortcut/fast food feel. Surprisely the best thing on the menu is Sirloin steak & broccoli. Service was friendly - family atmosphere.
