I’ve never had a worse experience in Chick-fil-A in my life. We waited in line for 30 minutes when there were 5 cars (at most) in front of us. When we finally get our food, the cashiers never smiled or said hi or sorry for the long wait. Even after that long wait, we still had to wait an extra 5 minutes at the window cause our drinks weren’t ready. When we received our french fries they were extremely burnt. They were more like chips than french fries. Disappointed because I love Chick-Fil-A. Side note: They also never said My Pleasure.

Called in a large order to be ready 4 hours later, waited over 30 min. in store for the order to be given to me. The reason you call in, is to have your order ready at the time you specify!

Normally staff is pretty good but this is probably the worst cfa in dfw, definitely the worst one I’ve been to.
