Such AMAZING food & the staff was excellent! The manager Anita was very tentative and made sure our first visit was the best it could be! Even my picky 5 year old enjoyed his burger and that alone says a lot! We enjoyed the openness and the fact the inside opened up to the outside, it made it very enjoyable for our children as they were able to finish their food and play outside while we relaxed and finished our lunch. I’m shocked and a little sad we didn’t learn of this burger place sooner! We will definitely be back and will be sharing this place with everyone we know! Thank you Twisted Root, Anita, & Staff! We’ll see you again real soon!!

The atmosphere was laid back and the staff friendly. There are both inside and outside options for seating, and a few games to keep people occupied. The onion rings were tasty, but if you order them you gotta eat them fast. The amount of grease mine came with and the fact they were piled up meant they were too soggy after only a few minutes. On the menu it says the burgers are cooked to medium well and to let the staff know if you prefer a different temp. I ordered my burger med-rare. While the burger was juicy and tasty, it was much to thin to have expected any temperature preference at all. It was well done. Yes, I would return to try it again.

I have been to this location many times as well as several different Twisted Roots across Dallas. My family loves a good burger and we consider this the best in Dallas. My personal favorite is the Big Tex, but you can't go wrong with any of the burgers on their menu. The beef has a great flavor and it's the tastiest burger you can find. We always get the Treat Yo Self fries as well - they're great! The bread and butter pickles are the best.

Get the Kevin Bacon, that's all I have to say! It's the most flavorful burger I've had in a while and they catered to my no carb diet by serving it to me on a bed of lettuce. Much appreciated!

Good food but red hamburger meat not my preference.  Asked for a "no pink" burger and it didnt get cooked that way. Pickle selection was terrific, lemonade was delicious,  lots of parking, great for casual, cozy date.
