I love Chick Fil a. So let me say that this particular Chick Fil a has its ups and downs. I have been coming here for three years and the staff has changed quite a bit. What hasn’t changed is how crowded it gets! Be weary around lunchtime it will be VERY crowded! However, you can order curbside an the app, or if you come inside they do try going fast with the pads and registers. I think they do an excellent job for the foot traffic they receive every day. Your other problems are refills or exchanging the kids toys for ice creams (yes you can do this!) it can take a while especially when they are swamped. Your best bet is to speak up or to get one of the cleaning people to do it. Weekends are the same but like I said they do a great job at trying to keep people moving. There is a indoor kid playground to keep the kids busy, but keep an eye on kids because it gets rowdy! Bathrooms are almost always clean. And of course the food is always good!

I’ve gone to this particular Chick-fil-A three or four times and my order is never correct. It’s SO busy here and there’s no drive-thru. It’s difficult to find parking and the line is always out the door. Obviously this is a very popular place. I feel like another Chick-fil-A down the road would really benefit them.

I hate the fact every time I get a big order of the always messed my order I just came to change my soup I ask for two chicken tortilla soup they give me chicken noodles. I came in politely I ask the girl who’s name is Kyla who was so rude she look at me rude then she said your food will be out shortly it never happened. She when and started conversation with her coworker and walk around I saw the food was ready but she will not pack it and then she want and ask for stuff she know I was waiting she was just making me wait for no reason I didn’t make the mistake they did when they pack the food but she want me to wait for no reason so rudely

Fast and friendly service. The lines are always long, but go by fast. The food is also delivered to your table if you dine in. Chick-fill-a always has great chicken sandwiches and this chain doesn't disappoint. The building is clean as well which is great.

The staff is very polite as one would expect from Chick-fil-A; however, they frequently get you order wrong no matter how many times you order the same thing from here. Otherwise would have given five stars.
