This Starbucks use to be rough (2 years ago), missing ingredients and the staff wasn’t friendly. I have been meaning to review this location now for awhile because it is my go to. The staff is so friendly and funny. I’ll admit, the drive through can take FOREVER but it’s in a very busy location off Druid Hills and 85, the chick fil a is about as bad. In one horrible morning they gave me my coffee for free cause of the wait so they certainly are aware of it and work to keep it moving. They also are sweet with my son who I use to bring in every Friday before school but now with 2 kids they see us in the drive through more.

Great staff! Made a mistake with our order, so I called them up. They fixed it immediately and gave my wife and I a gift card for our next visit!

Just visited this Starbucks and was charged extra for extra caramel in my frappucino cup. I have  NEVER been charged extra for my frappucino being made the way I like at ANY location. I am a creature of habit so I get the same thing all the time. Would be a good idea to tell people there is an  extra charge while they are at the speaker placing their order. Also not understanding why I have only ever been charged extra on this occasion. And this is not my first visit to this location. All in all, the cashier handled my questions well, but I won't be returning.

Drive thru was very slow because drive thru guy has a long cartoon introduction. Takes three minutes to listen as he inserts immature remarks between a simple order. I'm all for having fun but there is a time and place. Avoid if in a hurry. Once you get your iced black coffee it is refreshing.

Coffee is fine . But why always make the Air conditional so cold ?i got cold late time here , and one month after , it's autumn now , still so cold !! Why? I'm not come anymore . If in winter still so cold .
