There are plenty of good pharmacies around. This is not one of them. Employees are rude, don't cater to customer service, or really know what they are doing. This location is conveniently located near my home, but will gladly drive elsewhere to avoid.

Agree with the others. It’s close to me, but it’s terrible. Went at 3 pm to have prescription filled. Pharmacy tech is nice enough. She tells me 30 minutes, but offers text option for notification. I take the text route, since I’m tired and want to go home and nap. An hour later, receive text that prescription is ready. I wait another hour before actually going to the store (so 2 hours has passed since my 30 minute wait time). “Your prescription still needs a few more minutes” she explains the text is just for ONE of the medications rather than the whole RX.  So I wait...and wait...30 minutes later, still not filled. I hear 3 other customers approach the window with similar complaints “I was told 30 min an hour ago, etc.”. I have to leave because my daughter’s daycare is closing. I kind of want my script back to fill somewhere else. Still haven’t received the meds yet.

Very rude pharmacist, Talethia (spelling?). I had filled a prescription using a copay card from a drug manufacter which I could not use at a Kaiser Permanente pharmacy where I have my primary insurance. When I attempted to refill here she wanted to charge me $250 saying the first zero copay was a one time offer and to read the copay card. Not true and when I called another Walgreens they suggested I call Kaiser Permanente and ask for an overide so I could continue using the copay card at Walgreens. Done. This is a pharmacist?

I truly enjoyed speaking with Ms. Ann in reference to items needed and where they could be found. Not only was she professional and knowledgeable about her job but, she was personable and welcoming that for me speaks volumes. Thank you Ms.Ann!! It's truly refreshing to encounter such professionalism.
