The staff was exceptional at this particular location, super friendly and fast

This location used to have great food and service.
Unfortunately, in recent months standards have collapsed.
Friendliness has deteriorated; they don't act like McDonalds yet but they are on the way. 
They seem to have forgotten the proper way to bread a chicken patty as my last half dozen haven't been breaded to Chick fil a standard. 
What happened to fry times?  Everything from the dryer has been soaked in grease lately. 

This used to be the best Chick Fil A in the area,  now turned to the worst.   What happened?

This may be the friendliest, most customer service oriented Chick-fil-A I have ever been too.  I've only visited around a dozen times, but every time the cashiers use phrases like "thank you choosing Chick-fil-A" and "my pleasure" while referring to customers by "Sir" and "Ma'am."
It's not a huge deal that other locations do not, after all Chick-fil-A is fast food not fine dining.  However, it's hard to ignore that this location consistently excels in this way.  When I'm in Bridgeport this Chick-fil-A is my first choice for a meal.

Although it's the mall and it doesn't have a drive thru this is an awesome place to go.  The staff is awesome and the owner is great as well.
