UPDATE: Apparently after screwing up my brother's order, they then told him not to come back when he reported the issue. So it isn't just me, and they had NO idea we're related. Wow....

Prefer Hoover instead. This one doesn't get orders right, and habitually so! Not even my other family likes to go there.... but it goes to a whole other level with my relationship with this location.

After one of the employees here passed me on Pocahontas Rd, when I pulled into a church parking lot to let them go by, they got pulled over by AL State Trooper. Ever since, someone intentionally filled me up with regular coca-cola, knowing I can't drink it due to sugar content, every single time.

At one point, captured on my dashcam, a manager named Corey argued and called me a liar, saying I ordered coca-cola, not coke zero. Gave the video to the other managers, and they agreed, yep, Corey was in the wrong.

Then the unit operator for this store followed up and "suggested" that if it keeps happening, he would probably not come to that store as a consumer. I told him, that's no way to retain customers. He didn't ban me, but the last time I went there, there was cleaning product on my food, and I could tell because 1. it had different detergent-like color than a fried chicken fillet, 2. it tasted like detergent, and 3. I got really, really sick.

This said, I will take the unit director's suggestion! Beware!!!

Bbq sauce is amazing. Chicken was great. I can see why you have to ask for BBQ. Id hoard it.

Eat lunch from here at least twice a week. Fast drive thru. Order is always correct and fresh.

Love Chick-fil-A!

However today was my 1st bad experience at Chick-Fil-A. Arrived inside at 10:26 to order lunch and along with the other 10 people in line was told we had to wait until 10:30 and go to the back of the line as they would only ring up breakfast orders until 10:30. Then get back in line only to wait 15 mins for our food. 

Little one and I were disappointed today.

Update: just 5 mins after posting this a young lady named Chelsie came and gave my daughter a small ice cream for no apparent reason. 

Wish a system didn't prevent good staff from being able to ring to different menus so close to transition time.

This Chick-fil-A, like them all, is consistent and fast paced while still providing the upmost of customer service someone could expect from a fast food establishment.  My only quarrel is with the overall company decision to rid themselves of the Caesar Wrap and Caesar Dressing .... such a mistake.
