I stopped by Sonic Drive-In for me and Buddy to get a Chicken sandwich and tots. It was pretty fair, but I've had better from Sonic. The tots we're good as always.  If you weren't already aware Sonic Drive-In has yet another way to pay; they have a pay app on the menu board alongside the credit/debit card option. But I passed on the app. I'm not really looking for more options, but some always are.  Buddy swallowed his portion of the chicken sandwich down whole, without even tasting it or knowing what it was.  But he always does when I bring him something back home cause he's a Dog you know.

It could use a few more "fake smiles" instead of "how bothered I am by having to serve" attitudes but the food is always good. I usually tip, but not this time, she didn't want to be here so she didn't want a tip. Also we order alot, I guess they were short on napkins or they are stingy because 4 did not make sense considering the disproportioned handful of ketchup packets. ... nothing was missing. I did overhear another give excellent greeting so I'm chalking it up to a bad day. Either way we enjoyed the up-graded interactive menu board and I'd still give it five stars, they are the best mediocre fast food service your gonna get.

I had the worst customer experience EVER from the car-hop Tierra! I am a former member of management for the GREAT company and she absolutely is a disgrace to the Sonic brand. She had the worst attitude EVER because MY order was wrong and I  asked for a refund because she wanted me to add the condiments myself instead of just remaking the sandwich or even just adding the missing condiments. The manager I spoke with about the issue just apologized and said she always gets complaints, hmm then why is she still there? I drove all the way to Tuscaloosa just to get sonic after that experience the store off of McFarland Blvd. The service was exceptional with friendly faces and great attitudes.

Easy access from the highway, good food. It took about 10 minutes to receive our order, but it was for 5 people. Everything was great, burgers are big.
