We really enjoy the food at Jason’s Deli Cottonwood which is why my family and I continue to order from here. However, my order is always missing something, usually an ingredient. So I’ve gotten into the habit of checking my sandwiches before I leave to make sure everything is correct. Today’s order was missing tomatoes; they’ve also changed the kind of mayonnaise they use because today it was sweet and had a different taste to it, ruined the sandwich. My daughter didn’t want me to go back in for tomatoes so we left. Also wished they used fresh jalapeños instead of pickled and the $0.99 for sliced avocado isn’t worth it because all you get is a thinly layered smear of avocado.

Awesome place to go. I have yet to find anything on the menu that I don't like.  It's all so good and portions are big. The staff is so friendly and professional.  Stephanie T. We have gone here more times than I could count and the food is always amazing. Today, staff forgot to bring out one of two meals and threw away my plate when I left the table to inquire about the other meal. Upon speaking with staff at the counter they remade our entire meal fresh and compted ours meal without issues. Pleased with their understanding and prompt action.

Manager Miranda and her team are professional and do an excellent job with catering. Tasty food at reasonable prices, delivered on time and with everything promised - an excellent catering option all-around. Plus, Jason's Deli offers nonprofits a wonderful discount.

Great food.  Quick , efficient set up they have going on there. Not too keen on the many options for each sandwich.  That part of the menu could stand to be simplified.  Just my opinion,  not a complaint.  I'll definitely be going back and definitely recommend this place.

Ordered two sandwiches and both were super dry and cold. The worst combination ever in a sandwich. The Italian sandwich had very little meat, it was more bread than meat to be honest. It had little flavor. I would not recommend this place at all if your craving a sandwich.
