months ago, this place was struggling with EVERYTHING when they got new management but now since the assistant manager Chris has stepped up to be the Property Manager, it has gotten better and seems to be running a lot more smoothly. He somehow is doing the job of two people and still managing to keep everything organized. The property seems to be looking better, it's clean and maintained. Maintenance is awesome. This place is only going to continue to get better if Chris continues to be the Property Manager.

Wow how unprofessional office staff is. Penalize a resident over an office managers mistake and misunderstanding. Extremely rude.

This community is awesome. Love being here. Love the office team/maintenance!! The new look is super nice!! Chris is amazing and does everything he can for his residents!!

Been living here for almost 4 years and have never been so excited too move, ever since Katie Day left there has been no order and things aren't getting done. And now you have too PAY for matinence? That's the point of a apartment. And my mother has a friend that moved out of her apartment recently, the apartment was covered in black mold, within a week a new person lived there. These apartments used to be one of the best in Hanover and now I'm upset I can't give it zero stars.

2017 update -
It's getting much worse, I found a used syringe in the bushes the other day, the manager left... the assistant manager is bad at his job. My brother has had very many threats that him and his friends will be shot if they play outside, I honestly could find old alleyways that would be a better home. I would suggest Mill Trace Apartments if looking for apartments in the area

I must say I was very pleased with this place. Even though I made too much to live there this place had a really great look and Christopher was very helpful and professional.
