Love Chicken Express I used to work for them. This location SUCKS! Tea was disgusting had to throw it away. Corn nuggets were over fried. Chicken wasnt fresh. Rolls were stale. Terrible experience

First time I ever been to this Chicken Express location. It was on on Thanksgiving Eve 2017. I needed my favorite (bag of ice and sweet tea). The location I usually use didn't have any sweet tea. We just happen to be driving by in the area of this location. The young lady working the drive thru around 9pm was really friendly and helpful. She didn't get upset with our request of bagging our ice. She 😊 and said no problem.  She was kind of slow but it was because she actually filled the bag of ice to the top. I may have to go out of my way so I can get what I want. A bag of ice that's filled to its capacity. The sweet tea wasn't as sweet like I get from the location I usually go to but it was still good.

They told me one price and said something different at the window. Chicken was also dry and took 15 min. And my order wasn't correct over all.

Spent almost $100 here, and waited almost 2 hours. By the time food ready, was so exhausted from the wait, figured food had to be right in a 2 hr wait. Not so much, everything wrong when initially contact and asked told they ran out of items. But never told me that during them charging me, or corrected receipt or order. Hung up on during initial call then never answered again, and when i dropped by following work told they are independently owned and no one knows how to contact the owner.
