We have had a great experience with Dr Gainor, and her associates. Dr Gainor both takes the time to evaluate fully and comprehensively with a high level skill. The office staff has been accommodating an helpful, as well as flexible when a last minute sickness comes up and a short notice appointment is needed. I have found this level of care is rare these days, and difficult to find. She and her associate doctors get 5 stars from us.

As a military spouse and an engineer, I've found that TRICARE doctors do not have the quality or attention to detail. I switched to this civilian clinic and saw instant quality change. The doctors pay attention to my children's features and details. There isn't one situation that I bring my child in that they could not figure out. The professionalism has been constant and I'm happy for that. Would I recommend others to their care? Yes. You'll find some people who write bad reviews because they didn't get some special treatment. My treatment was expected and I'm happy.

They have great pediatricians here. I love that they are walking distance from my house. I love that they always have one of the doctors on call after business hours. We have used it many times to speak with the doctor about our baby. Very helpful and wonderful staff!

Although I do like the doctors there, I find the staff very unhelpful and they do not answer the phone or return messages. I am a doctor and I do appreciate that the doctors take time to examine and listen to my children when I take them in, but I think it is ridiculous that I have to drive up to the clinic to get any questions answered or to make an appointment. Once you can actually talk to someone, they can usually get you in within a few weeks or so, but if you have an ill child, you might as well go to the urgent care because they will not "fit you in". I know that in my office, we save a few appointments every day for "ill patient visits" and they almost always are used so the practice is still busy. On those few occasions where the "ill patient" visits were not booked up, we would catch up on phone calls and labs and such.
