They keep terrible records. I paid cash. For a chemical peel (not very well done) now they are saying I owe them $270.00! They. Have sent the account to collections so. I have no choice but to pay. The service was only $80

My wife has gone to this person many times, and he has NEVER diagnosed anything correctly.We always go to another doctor to get a diagnosis/treatment. But if you think the Dr. is bad, the staff is FAR worse. Every time we are referred to someone else, this office forgets to send the necessary info, and our appointments with the specialists are cancelled/rescheduled which delays treatment. The staff can't ever seem to get the insurance billing correct, and we end up paying more than we should because of their mistakes of not filling out the paperwork properly. then we have to go back and fight with the insurance company over the costs, all the while I am getting more and more mad because I know it is for this office's errors that I am using my time to fix! The only reason we still see this Dr. is bacuse he convienetly has openings (probably because of the poor service) and he can get us perscriptions rapily (for that convenience). But if you are looking for service and treatment, wait a few more days for another doctor, because you will anyways when he fails to find the problem! He may be a Dr. but he is a poor business man and bad manager.
