I only slightly dig Chili's. Most of their food is crazy salty and not amazingly good but it's bearable. The drinks are relatively cheap and it's great for groups of people. They really need to clean their fryer since I just taste old oil with all their fried stuff. They need to improve how much they clean their mugs since it's normal to get little particles of whatever floating in your water mug. It's not awful, it's just not great. The service is tight and you can checkout with the table top kiosk so I can't complain too harshly. Just stick to salads and a drink that's strong enough to negate the dirt floating around in it.

I eat here often. The food is generally great. Service is usually fine. Some servers are definitely better than others. Their customer email club sends a lot of good offers.

we had a great meal at chili's. they introduced a new menu today and it has a good variety of choices. if you visit this location (hadley, ma), ask for victor to be your server. you won't regret it.

Went here and got a cheeseburger & some fries. As well as a margarita. They didn't ask how I wanted my burger cooked but it came out perfectly. But the margarita was absolutely terrible, it was so sweet i wanted to die. The french fries tasted like they went into the microwave which was sort of disappointing. The food made my stomach extremely upset for about a day, too. Don't recommend.

Great food! Server started off doing excellent but near the end of our meal we didn't see him for quite some time, ended up ordering dessert on the kiosk, as a server myself I noticed he had several tables and probably things in the kitchen that he needed to do so I understand, just try to make it to every table every so often! Otherwise a great experience!
