Food is pretty consistent, always good. I do feel that their portions have gotten smaller, especially with the $5.55 specials. Service is usually good.

Waitress was very friendly and the kids were treated well.  Food was cooked just right, fries were crispy, and the cost was very reasonable.  Great place for an inexpensive family meal.

Staff is friendly (no pun intended) and polite. I always get take-out, so I don't really know too much more than that. Decent food, particularly for the price, but definitely not the best (except maybe ice-cream). Still, it's consistently better than you would expect. It's an expertly run franchise that delivers better service than you would normally expect from the brand.

Usually I like going to the Friendlys in Hadley. Every time I have gone the staff have been super friendly and accommodating until today. Today I went with my family and grandchildren to make a total of 6 people. The waitress takes us to a table for 4 and offers high chairs. 2 of my grandchildren are 3 and a half and no longer need high chairs. We inquired about moving a table from the center section over to accommodate us, the waitress was agreeable but the manager said no it was a fire hazard and blocked the walkway. Moving the table would have still left a walk way. The manager did not bother to come over to apologize to us until a family member asked to speak with her. We left, not happy about how we were treated. The worst part was that a group of 3 people sitting at a table for 6 that offered to move. They were already eating. We are now eating at Chili's instead - much friendlier service.
