My team from work and I came to Chili's for our holiday lunch yesterday. We arrived at 11am when they opened and were promptly seated. As soon as I sat down I had to wipe crumbs off of the table that had obviously been there since the night before. The menus on the table were sticky and had food smeared on some of the pages. The table top display which showed featured items was so sticky I had to go wash my hands after touching it. When our appetizer plates were brought to us 3 of the 8 people had dirty plates. One plate had hardened food on it that we could not even wipe off. The knife I was provided in the sack on the table had dried pieces of what looked like lettuce on it. The food was disappointing as I was provided 2 slices of pepper in my fajitas and more onion than anyone would ever eat. The shredded cheese, sour cream and guacamole was brought out long before the food and the cheese was hard and dry from sitting out for so long. Needless to say this was a highly disappointing experience overall from dirty tables and dishes to unsatisfactory food.

No awesome blossom anymore and that was a favorite by many. Service sucks as you wait an hour to be seated then people can’t figure out who takes what table. An hour for an appetizer you didn’t even want (cheese dip) offers a lot of wings ( this is not a sports bar) totally going to go out of businesslike so many in this town, if they don’t fix their problems and acknowledge what people want

I was a waitress so complaints are rare here! We were sat in a booth 5 feet away from their to go door. Our computer order deal was broken and didn't even have a battery. When I told the waitress my husband hadn't eaten there before and we needed time she was annoyed to say the least. We're done at chili's period!!!!

We have been going to this Chili's for YEARS!! And have always thought it had the best service of all the Chili's we've been to. Until our most recent visit. We went on a Friday afternoon we were seated by the manager, then sat there for 10 minutes with 3 wait staff people walking past us several times and no acknowledgement of us sitting there without drinks or to take an order. Our son was going to meet us on his lunch break so we did not have all day to sit around and wait for someone to come to our table. I tried to let the manager know but she didn't really care, she said that the staff was busy. Well they were busy standing around talking and watching their phones. Just very disappointed because we've always loved going there and enjoy the food.
