This time we had to wait about 15 minutes to be seated. But, the time waiting translated to very good service. We were promptly met by our server, who got our drinks right out to us. Our food came within 5 minutes of ordering, and our soup and drink refills came fast and hot. I'm very impressed with this Olive Garden.

The food was amazing. The waitress was extremely attentive to our order and making sure we had refills. She was also extremely funny and friendly; she made lots of conversation with us and seemed very genuine during the conversation. All in all, great food and great service.

Good. Pretty standard for your chain restaurant. My friend ordered shrimp Alfredo, and there were tails on her shrimp. I would have thought it would be standard practice for food service to remove shrimp tails in such a dish. After you slather shrimp with cheesy sauce, I would personally assume your patrons don't want to try to pry shrimp tails of of their shrimp... Certainly not with their hands, or really with utensils for that matter. We were able to pay with credit card via a swipe machine at the table. That was a nice option that we decided to use.

Just wanted to pop in here and say thank you to this Olive Garden. Manager Matt is a really good guy and runs and great location. Inviting, clean, warm and of course tasty food. I appreciate you. Cheers!

Went to Olive Garden in Springfield IL for lunch to do a review for our new company called Spit It Out!! Where we review restaurant's on our travels throughout the day. Shout out to our amazing server Emma, you rock! Will definitely be back!
