Came in at 10 pm, the place was slow.  
The Steakhouse burgers were great.  However they were all cooked well done even though medium was requested.  The fries were all ice cold obviously just sitting around while the burgers cooked.   There is no reason for that other than pure lazyness in the kitchen and lack of Management.  Chilli's, consider 3 stars a very gracious rating.

I’ve been to a few Chili’s in New York and NJ, unfortunately, this is not a good one. After being nicely greeted and seated, the server arrived about 10 minutes later. He didn’t know the menu and couldn’t answer simple questions. The restaurant didn’t feel very clean. The electronic charger on the table had dirty streaks from wiping it with a dirty cloth. 

Food was good though. Like the average Chili’s. Parking is good.

It is been a few years since my last visit to Chili's. I was not disappointed. The service at this particular restaurant was quick and friendly. We each got hamburgers and I must say they were delicious. Maybe a chain which at least you know which always going to get.

Ordered takeout on a Friday night. Kids meals, sandwich and egg rolls. They tasted like they had been reheated and from the night before. The fries were cardboard. The eggroles were filled with. Massive amount of dough. The kids meal was just thrown in. Completely disgusting and poor execution of takeout. Will likely never go back. Manager offered a refund but the food is just so bad that I can't imagine eating there again. Chain restaurants like this have a bleak future. Your better off at 5 guys or jersey mikes next door.

This is truly a beautiful Chili's to go to. It looks upscale and the service is truly terrific! Great place to go with family or just to hang out with friends!
