I have never complained about a restaurant before but feels I need to tonight for the worse service in the world.  We have always enjoyed eating at Chili’s but tonight was a totally different experience.  It took 90 minutes to get our meal and we never got our mashed potatoes until we were through and ready to leave.  We had to ask for silverware and anything we needed.  We ordered an appetizer and never got plates to eat on.  Manager named Brooke I believe came out and was very inconsiderate.  When we were ready to pay for bill we ask the waitress if we could speak to manager to see if we cou,d get a discount for food we had not received.  The manager was so bad that she would not come speak to us.  She did reduce bill some.  All 4 people in our party first thought we had the worse waitress there was but at last felt sorry for her working for such a poor manager.

We ate at this restaurant yesterday. The service was terrible. It was not a peak time so the poor service was unexceptionable. We were waiting to be sitted and then waited 10 minutes before someone waited on us. We ordered the special 2 for $22 with a appetizer of chips and salsa. Toke forever to get our drinks and a manger finally brought them. The manger after a another 10 minute wait brings our chips and salsa. She no sooner set that down out comes our food. Which by the way was cold. I saw a general manger or district manger in the store too and he was watching all this and if he was not busy with a conversation I would of left my complaint with him. Then the server never checked to see if we needed another drink or asked how was our food. When she brought the check the amount was wrong and that had to be corrected. Needless to say we are done with this Chili's too.

Bacon Avocado Grilled Chicken Sandwich had no bacon and chicken was dry.  Dry Rub Ribs, meat was very dry and over cooked.  Kids Mac and Cheese looked like it sat for way too long, Corn the cob had seen better days, we haven't eaten here in years since I couldn't get ribs the last time...won't make that mistake again! 

Floor was dirty, thankfully the table appeared clean enough.  Server came around 4 times before we left...once to get drinks, once to deliver drinks and take food order, deliver food and one check on us and bring BBQ sauce I asked for after I was almost done with my ribs.

Brooke the manager & Rachel our waitress did an excellent job.  They friendly and helpful.  I had 2 gift cards on my Samsung Pay to use & Brooke get the issues took care of quickly.   
  The food was great !! Hats off to the cooks 🖒
 My wife & I loved the new matel basket our food came in. It made move room on the table. 
  ☆☆☆☆☆ Definitely stopping in again.

The curbside service was great. Food very tasteful.  Just wanted to say Thanks for all around good service.
