The service was friendly, helpful.  Our lunch tasted great.  Fresh salad and husband loved the soup.  The restaurant itself was clean, but it held an off putting odor.  It was like the smell of a diner.  A little more light and a new floor might be a good update for the interior.

I understand some of the reviews are negative because things were not perfect. Well, things happen. The difference in a great experience and bad one is not if things go bad but how they ( mostly managers) handle the bad situation. 

Started off horrible. We called ahead and they said an hour. When we showed up they said another hour and half. Manager handled it with class and seated us. They however were short staffed so the manager Ricki had to become our server. 

She was amazing. Friendly, polite and patient. Steaks came out wrong. She said sorry and made sure everything was fixed perfect. 

Can't keep thing from happening but managers can fix them and make you feel special. That's what she did for us... Oh and did was fantastic!!!!

My fiancée and I had lunch here. I had a KC strip and Caesar salad, she had the Outlaw Ribeye and French onion soup. We also had chili cheese fries as an appetizer. Everything was incredibly delicious! The steaks were melt in your mouth tender and very flavorful. The salad was great and the fries were delicious as well. She also enjoyed her soup. Very plentiful portions with enough for us to take home for later on everything. The prices are what you'd expect for a steakhouse, so nothing bad there. Our service was exceptional! Timely, courteous, and pleasant. We had Nicole and she was great. All around a very pleasant experience!

I love longhorn steakhouse but  this time was a disappointment for several reasons. My steak was a little flat flavor-wise.  My wife's burger was dry. Our salads were drowned in dressing. The most disappointing thing was watching 2 employees mocking and laughing at a Hispanic lady after walking out with 4 children.  It seems people are so much more flagrant and open with their racism these days. Like its a normal thing

Service and food was amazing will definitely be back to this establishment. Emily went above and beyond to make sure our meal were fresh and water was topped off at every point that she walked past the table. Very respectful as well. Would recommend her.
