Burgers are great.  Service better than decent.  Friendly, but not over the top great.  Put off by the metal trays they use now.  Seems more like a prison meal, than a restaurant visit.
Overall happy.  It's chili's,it's corporate... you know what you're going to get.  Happy with my visit

Went for lunch while shopping with my wife. The wait staff was fairly attentive and accommodating. I had a burger, which was swimming in butter - and therefore excellent. My wife had the chicken and waffle sliders, which she enjoyed very much. She also got her lemonade to-go as we left the restaurant, which was a great perk. 

My only complaints were that prices steered a little higher than I would have expected, and I wish you could order a proper glass/pint of beer (only bottles available). Otherwise, a great meal. Would definitely repeat.

Unfortunately, we did not have a good experience there.  Some of our food was served cold.  Our appetizer was served without side plates, napkins or utensils.The waitress forgot our salad and didn't return with our drinks and never checked back with us on how we liked our food so we couldn't ask again for the everything she forgot.  She was at another table showing them pictures of her children. We then waited again to pay our bill at the table because she charged us for for everything she didn't bring.

We all love Chili's Grill and Bar this is my family's fave restaurant. their appetizers are all good, the sirloin/ rib eye steak is so tender, tasty and juicy. They also have healthy menu like chicken salad, ancho salmon & Mango Chile chicken And all the other foods are delicious as well. I recommend this restaurant to everyone who likes steak and Tex Mex foodies because it's all delicious plus the staff are friendly and helpful too!

Improved menu from when we went in 2017
Waitress was friendly and even though busy whenever she went by she checked up on us.
Had the 3 for 17.99. Everything was cooked to perfection. I enjoyed the metal trays. Did not feel like a prison tray even though I have never been in one. Busgirl was friendly taking dirty plates as we continued eating. Will return.
