I always look forward to eating at Taco Bell in the US, mainly because they offer so many options that you just don't get in Canada. Especially for those who are vegetarian and vegan!

This location in particular was super clean, and the staff were knowledgeable and helpful when I asked the differences between some of the burritos. 

I ordered the 7 layer burrito and added shredded chicken, which hit the spot just right! I also shared the Vegetarian Cantina Bowl, which was delicious! - they have this amazing green cream-based sauce which just makes the dish. 

I also tried the Nacho Fries, and they were great, a perfect add-on to my meal.

By far the worst fast food  experience I've had, the past 6 out of 8 times the order has not been correct, either no sour on my supreme, missing an item etc..... Staff is friendly but incompetent. If there are any district manager or regional manager on here please for the love of everything get this store's order accuracy to an acceptable level. Thank you!!!!!!!🔥🔥
Last time I checked when your running a nation wide promo "Nacho Fries" you think that stores gm would STOCK THE MOTHER F'IN !!!! NACHO FRIES 3 times now fries are out of stock. I will continue bashing this location till they get it right.

The workers are incompetent. In the last 6 times I've gone, they have made a mistake on every order. Whether it's forgetting entire items, or forgetting parts of single items, they always forget something. There is nothing like having to sit in the drive thru for 15 minutes, have them screw up your order, and then have you come into the building and wait another 15 minutes for them to fix it.

I once placed on an order online, showed up 30 minutes later, the order hadn't even been made. Apparently, no one was trained to take online orders, and the idiot at the register was trying to give me 1 million excuses, when the bottom line was, he screwed up.

Maybe TB should pay a little more? Maybe employees should take a basic IQ test before hire? But whatever needs to be done needs to be done fast, because if your order is wrong practically every time you visit a restaurant, something is deeply wrong.

P.S. Why is it that every hard shell taco comes broken? How can one place have such awful staff? This place completely sucks.

Honestly I only like the bean burrito and the fire sauce is awesome. The quesadillas are nice too. They only thing I hate and do not recommend is the ground beef anything...😜😜😜

Place was a mess. They messed up our order multiple times and then told us they didn't have an ingredient.. Even though when we reordered a new item it had it on it. Definitely one of the lower quality TBs.
