Best dining and server experience ever! Victoria was our waitress. We went to the location on Military Rd in Niagara Falls. She is absolutely Amazing! She went above and beyond her normal duties to make sure our 2 year old was just as happy as we were! Excellent food, excellent service! Would definitely go back!

Dining in sometimes is a long wait. Take out is always quick and convenient for bringing home dinner.  Clean and polite staff. One of the better locations I've been to. Good for tourist if you want something familiar. There's a lot of better local Italian places around though.

Never ending pasta bowl with spaghetti, meat sauce and meat balls. Great food as always. Menu was deceptive. It states $9.99. Waitress did not mention meat balls were an extra $3.79. Prices seemed high compared to other Olive Gardens I have eaten at, but we were in Niagara Falls, NY and were warned the eating out was extremely expensive.

I've come here a few times and I've always had a positive experience. Staff are friendly, and quick to help. 

The food is always good. I think there may have been one time where the portions seemed kind of small but it's ok given the unlimited salad or soup you can order. I love salad; it's always so good and fresh. The garlic bread is also great as well. The angel hair shrimp pasta was flavourful, and very light -- I really enjoyed this meal.

For a good, quick lunch that isn't too expensive, Olive Garden is a great choice. It's family-friendly, there's a lot of seating, and again, the customer service at this location is always great.

Great place! Always busy. Servers could be more kind.  Menu could be better explained. More interactions with custumer will be a good move
