The food was excellent. We had the 2 for $22 deal; we both got steaks which were cooked perfectly. Our appetizer was the chips and salsa, which they refilled. Our waitress was the best! This was probably the best meal and service that we have ever had here. I hope the trend continues.

Should have known the moment we entered the door.  The woman hostess did open the door for us but was on her phone.  

Asked to sit outside and they took us out.  Other people were out there so we thought wouldn't be an issue. Sat for a good 10 minutes, no one ever came.

Served another table their food, never came to see us.  Seated another group outside.  They started smoking.  Decided to give up and walk across to Texas Roadhouse.  Better food, better service.

We walked right past the hostess that seated us and she told us to have a good night.  They had no idea.

The service was horrible. When we came through the door we waited for 5 minutes before we seated ourselves at the bar. We waited another 2 or 3 minutes to be acknowledged by the bartender. It took us 30 minutes to order 1 drink and a meal. A couple, I can only assume was familiar to the bartender, came in and had their orders taken immediately. She took our order after this couple's.  They received their food and drinks within about 15 minutes.  After about an 1 hour and 15 minutes we got our food and they made my friend's order wrong . She was told that they were fixing it and she would have her food shortly. We watched one of the server's boyfriend come in, sit down and receive his food and drink within 10 minutes of being there.  After 2 hours my friend decided that she didn't want the food because they still had not made it. The General Manager have us gift certificates but while leaving the, bartender Amanda said "Thanks for no tip" even though I left a small tip  (that she truly didn't deserve). I will never return to this restaurant. I am visting Macon for the weekend and they ensured I would never visit their restaurant again.

I called in an order, appetizer only, arrived shortly after prep time given. To only have the hostess walk away from the register after finally correcting the order & cashing out the patron ahead of me. Another waitress asked if she waited on me. My food was right there & she walked off with no acknowledgement. Piss poor service Chilli's.
