I love Panda Express so of course I give them 5 stars! Many many  great choices! Food is always hot and fresh and tasty! Good location with easy access to the Interstate and they are located near many hotels, grocery stores and shops. Really good food and fast service too.

So I've been sitting here waiting on my single carry out order at Panda Express on Tom Hill Sr in Macon, and have been for 32 minutes thus far, while one employee sits amidst the multiple frustrated customers eating and another chats idly with him. While breaks are mandated and everyone has bad days, I've passed the point of giving them the benefit of the doubt when you eat food from your establishment, of which I'm a customer who (covered in concrete dust and mud from my own job where I frequently take no break as to accomplish the job) and I have to watch your lazy --- take it easy and deprive me of my purchase. 
Get it together.

We went in at 8:05 pm and, as usual, they were out of the honey walnut shrimp and the Shanghai steak and the Chinese vegetables. When I asked to have the entrees cooked, as their sign invites customers to do, they told me they were not cooking any more steak or shrimp because they close at 9:30!!! We ordered 2 other entrees which werew rubbery disguisting, and didn't even bother to order the spring rolls because they looked burnt and old. This place is such a joke. Never again. They do not realize that it is CUSTOMER SERVICE that keeps ANY food service in business. 
NEVER AGAIN.

Love Panda but waiting in line over an hour before closing, and they are out of everything, and telling everyone they can't find the cook so "oh well!" This is just pure lazy!!!!!
