Came to this location at 8:00 on New year's Eve and the hours clearly stated they were opened. But doors were locked and they were serving drive through ... Knocked on the class to ask if we could come in and a woman came to the glass and stated we would have to go through drive through they were short staffed and about to close! Rude about it - So we went to the Tom Hill location and enjoyed us some tacos! I work in the restaurant business so I'm very understanding when it comes to certain things but this was just laziness and a bad attitude! Hope this isn't the Manager.

Taco Bell has a set taste for most items this taco Bell has the best selection because the meat is plenty full as well as the cheese and the food is always hot.

Stopped for a quick meal. 18 mins later our 4 burritos and 2 quesadillas were not done. One other family in the place, and they had already been served. When I asked if our order had been missed, the young lady was rude and refused to answer. Also- the food was not up to Taco Bell’s normal portion or standard. I doubt they will even be in busness next time we go thru Macon, GA. Too bad, we usually love Taco Bell.

Don't accidentally drive by the order window or they'll make you drive all the way back around to place your order even though nobody is in line.  I just drove away without ordering because I am tired of poor service everywhere.

Been here 30 minutes. Still no food. It is 43 degrees outside. I think it is the same inside. About to ask for a refund.
