Good food but the night staff needs improvement. I get it, its 2 in the morning. Unfortunately i work nights and this is like 1 of 3 places i can go when i get off. -_-  besides that day staff is great.

Worst experience ever! I ordered the Philly Stack with fries and my daughter had chicken tenders and fries. The fries were over cooked and tasted burnt. We sent them back and they came back with more fries that were equally burned. The Philly wasn’t good either but since it wasn’t burnt I ate it. My daughter said that her chicken tenders were ok but was extra crunchy but it appeared as though she was having a hard time biting them.  I only gave one star because I couldn’t do no stars.

The restaurant had only 3 to 4 couples dining, but it was dirty looking and smelling.  The bathroom smelled so bad that we would not use it.  It could be smelled from about 10 feet away. Our waitress took our order, and then came back out with the manager.  The manager's clothes were dirty, and she said that the waitress was in training (but I saw no one helping the waitress) and that customers must be offered a combo before they can order items separately. She asked if my son really wanted the third pancake or did he want the combo. I asked how many pancakes were in the combo, and she replied two. I told her that we wanted our order the way that we ordered it.  It felt like we had broken the "rules" of ordering. The pancakes tasted "off." My son even said that he should have ordered two orders of hash browns instead of pancakes. To be honest, I left hoping that I would not have food poisoning from the experience. If I had smelled the horrible smell coming from the bathroom/kitchen direction before I had eaten, I would have left.  I considered leaving when the manager came out to discuss our order, but my son would have been disappointed. I have eaten in many iHOP's & have never had an experience this bad.

The food is always delicious. The customer service depends on which waiter or waitress you get. The restaurant is always clean when I visit.
