Ordered a platter to go. The to go cashier was so sweet. She made sure I double checked my order and included everything I needed without me having to ask (condiments). Random but her nails were cute and she told me where she got them done. I'll be back hopefully all the other servers are sweet like she was.

The place wasn't even close to busy. The server took our drink and apps order. We got drinks, and then it took forever for her to take our meal order. We realized our server never put our app order in when our meals came before any apps. She apologized and said the manager said we could have a free dessert. I didn't go for dessert, I went mainly for the chips and salsa. The manager never came to talk to us. I've never had a bad experience where the manager never bothered to come out.

I love their Southwest egg rolls. Everything is good. Me and Brant ate there Sunday outside on the deck.

Usually the food is great and the servers are awesome too. But the 3 stars is only because they served us raw food on two separate occasions within the span of a week. They were nice enough to give us a free meal and take the item off our bill. But DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING WITH SEAFOOD!!!

This is a really great chili's. The staff is absolutely amazing. The manager gave us a free Oreo topped Milton cake. The food was amazing! It was absolutely delicious! Highly recommended for families!
