Update: The staff has gotten better and the place is much cleaner. Menu has scaled down and is much better now Previous post: The worst in the Boro. ! Went with son approx 6 moths ago. Order was terribly wrong! Not even close! Went back again today. Figured we would give them another shot. Got order wrong again!! Unbelievable. I wonder what will go in their building after they shut down!

Ate here today, best stop I've ever had at any steaknshake. I travel a lot so I visit a few. Service, food quality and quantity, atmosphere, etc. Top notch!

Bulloch County Dept Health rating July 20, 2017 UNSATISFACTORY 68! When I looked at dept health web site this location has a history of low scores. 88 being highest in 3 years. Most recently 74 to this 68. I wouldn't recommend eating there but I would recommend dept of health shut it down. In addition, employees were rude, unprofessional and cursed at us. Yes a server said to my friend "I'm tired of this f word man, you need to leave thus f word premises". We were not bothering anyone just talking amongst ourselves outside. Employee was so loud and belligerent customers inside were looking.

Demario is the best server at this restaurant. Didn't like the staff before he came along. Food was pretty good

Worst management I have ever seen at a restaurant. Incompetence is through the roof and all levels have a large amount of immaturity. I like the steak n shake in my hometown, but I can't respect a restaurant who can't respect their own workers. I've seen them arguing with their waiters and harassing other positions and they always have a sour look on their face. If they don't like working there maybe they shouldn't take it out on others? The rest of the faculty does their work correctly and makes the food the way it should but why would anyone eat at a place where the owner doesn't even respect themselves.
