My experience tonight was one of the worst I have yet to encounter. Tonight makes 2 times in a row we had to walk out duet lack of service. Tonight at 7:00pm we arrived at the location off of University Dr. in Coral Springs, FL and waited for 15 minutes after being seated before we had to go ask the host if we can please get someone to come to our table for at least a beverage. No one, not a single person came to acknowledge a table of four people. So we waited longer. Finally, after another 20 minutes, we decided it was time to leave. Instead of inquiring to see if he may assist, the host opened the door for us and said, and I quote, "No one ever came over?". In which my response was nope, after 35 minutes, we give up. No apology was offered, no let me get a Manager, just shook his head and held the door for us to leave. Thought I should warn other patrol stations before they have the same experience.

Great ribs and great people. Let me change out sides with no trouble. Waiter, Oren, was very sweet and attentive. An overall good experience.

The food always come out hot and, they don't mind being creative. Good family atmosphere. Get those 🔥 chicken crispers.

Service during the normal 'family' hours is generally very good. Kitchen/Bar is sometimes a bit slow but wait staff are reasonable. Come here maybe once a month during the regular lunch/dinner hours without any major problems to report. Recently came at 10pm (place closes midnight on weekends) and waited five minutes to be seated. No one shows up, try sitting in the bar area. Twenty minutes pass and no one even takes drink orders. Bar staff visually acknowledged our presence (even upon initial arrival) yet no service. Disappointing.

My rate is not about chili's my rate goes to this location. My family and I enjoy the food that Chilis have to offer. However, this location is the worth of waiting. We were a party of 16 and have to help to get us seats. We were waiting for almost two hours and after there was almost another hour waiting for the food I just don't get how a manager can aloud it? How can you turn tables if you have customer waiting for so long? a few customers left because they didn't want to wait so long. We almost did! The only reason we didn't is because our kids and friend kids was occupied, but when the kids started to get hungry we just got involved with staff. Hope manager read the post and do something about it or customer will stop coming here when they notice they can get a faster service somewhere else. Note: I am not from Coral Springs I was visiting.
