Terrible customer service. The cashier is racist. 
They charge me for an extra garlic sauce, right after they gave another white customer extra sauces without charging them at all.

Was a terrible experience. Pizza came 45 minutes after the time it said. On top of all that my food was ice cold. Never ordering from here again. Now I know to stick to Pizza Hut.

Rarely I have the privilege of meet someone who epitomize the very essence of hospitality and I had such an experience today her name is Kimberly Lemke. She delivered my pizza and with outstanding hospitality I will request her for future delivery.

YOU JUST PERMANENTLY LOST YOUR 200 A WEEK CUSTOMER. Called in last night spoke with a employee name danielle. Employee was rude and disrespectful. Situation: so I YouTube video gaming and I have over 100,000 subscribers and I was doing a 24 hour marathon live stream called papa johns about my pizza employee danielle picked up immediately started disrespecting me at the start of the phone call. I thought ok she having a bad day ill let it slide when I informed her my pizza was suppose to be delivered over an hour ago she got a even more disrespectful tone and started blaming me like its my fault the driver couldn't find my door and didn't even try to contact me. What even made it worse was that she said the pizza was at the restaurant and it was cold. (Mind you this whole conversation is on speakerphone and my whole live stream is hearing this and so I had to keep a polite tome while she was still cursing me out + I had 7000+ people watching my live stream and at the same time this live stream is stuck on my YouTube channel for 30 days.) so I said no I want a new hot pizza and Danielle stated that she can't cuz I used my papa john points for it. So I was like I spend a lot of money ordering from you guys at least 150 a week cause I have a big family so I earned those points. (Not only to mention I order even more when I'm at my job at apple at a different location. )
So then she hung up the phone when I said I need a fresh pizza not a cold one. I had to call back got her again she said they making it now and sending it you with a rude tone.I asked can you please stop disrespecting I'm doing a live a stream and they are hearing this conversation going on. She stated like I'm not disrespecting you. So I said well you are and I just want my pizza she was like you are getting your *explicit word* pizza your broke *explicit*. Thank you papa johns for hiring employees like her and letting me know you don't care about your dedicated customers if you want good customer service and better pizza order giovannis its local cost a little bit more but I don't care worth my time and they have on time delivery . I'm going to rate my interaction like they do the employees at my job every Time they interact with a customer.:

Never deliver on time said my pizza was suppose to be here 40 mins ago called the store n the app said 50 mins ago by the time it got here is was barely warm never ordering again going to stick with the local pizza they come on time so have no problem tipping good
