I don't know what is up with all the negative reviews, but what I do know is that I've been ordering from this restaurant for 10 yrs and I have NEVER had an issue; even if something went missing.

I love their egg rolls. They're ginormous!

This place was highly recommended by someone I know, and after reading several positive reviews, I was so disappointed I had to throw my food out for the ducks to pick at.  I ordered an egg roll and chicken with broccoli-not a complicated entree but it was horrible.  I tried a piece of broccoli and was amazed that the brown sauce was sour.  Not knowing if that was some weird recipe or maybe the meat was not fresh, I just threw it out.  The egg roll was very large, but the only thing in it was cabbage-not a hint of shrimp or pork.  A super inflated piece of fried dough stuffed with cabbage for nearly $2 is not what I had expected.  I had  eaten excellent Chinese food for years before moving to Florida, so my standards are kind of high.  However, I have eaten much better asian food at mall food courts.  The young lady a the front counter was super sweet and friendly, and that is the only reason why I am not giving this place a single star.

I'm not sure why there are so many negative reviews. The food was excellent. People were nice and we were in and out in less then 10 min. We ordered the Chicken Pad Thai, Egg Rolls, and Pork Fried Rice. Everything was steaming hot and excellent quality. The egg rolls were even homemade, which I have never had before. Prices are also reasonable.

Truly truly disappointed with the customer service. They lost a repeat customer just now. CAUTION WHEN BUYING FROM HERE- THEY DON'T CARE ABOUT CUSTOMERS. Food is good but this time around they forgot to put something in my order and when I called back about it the lady was adamant that she had not forgot anything, she "fixes up the order herself and there is only two people working there" but I TOO am 120% positive they forgot one of my entrees. There are no boxes that someone in my house snuck into their room and there is nothing in the garbage. So after this phone call she told me to go check again and I did because I really do enjoy the food here but I wasn't wrong. There is nothing but I'm pretty sure the lady thought I was trying to steal food or something but I'm just a regular teen trying to buy food for my fam. 
 
 The point is I've been a customer for years, since I was a child and I love this food place like I'm always getting the same thing- a family package and as of right now I'm always the guy who gets the food for my family HOWEVER I won't be ordering from here again just on principal. I paid like $36 to feed my family of 5 and um you forgot my chicken, LADY! so thanks for your "customer service" but that's not how you run a business because profits are important but so are loyal customers. JUST LOST ONE. And this is the most I've written for any review but it's because this is truly heartbreaking ugh. BEWARE! TEST YOUR LUCK IF YOU TRY TO BUY FROM HERE.
