It's been awhile since we have been back to Chili's. This time the service was excellent, and the manager was very helpful when had questions. The food was very good as well. Whatever they're doing now, keep it up!

We stopped on a small business trip down to south Texas to eat at this restaurant and rest. Although it is a food chain and we "expected" our food to be the same as every other restaurant, our experience with other chains hasn't been quite the same. We we gladly surprised with our food, served just like we expected it and wanted but the best part was the service we received, everybody was really friendly and helpful, showing that Texas hospitality is still something we treasure and practice every day. Since the moment we walked in until we left our waitress had a smile and a great attitude, she even went as far as help us find a place to charge out drone batteries while we ate (We didn't have time before) and boy, that was a life save. Keep it up, people really make the difference.

Food was great, waitress always checked up on us and had an awesome attitude even though they were busy! Had the honey chipotle crispers and waffles and it was delicious! Fried pickles were crispy and yummy, Also their black bean burgers are always on point👍🏽

I almost never give places a bad review, but in this case I feel it's more of a public service to help others avoid getting severely sick. First we had to get past the sidewalks and benches being covered in bird feces and try not to get pooped on as we entered the restaurant. My son got it 3 times and my daughter once. Then, after getting cleaned off and being seated we waited nearly an hour to get our food. The chips were chewy, the chicken was mostly gristle, my corn didn't come out with my meal, but once I finally got it it was ice cold, my husband's fries tasted like fish, and his corn was partially rotted looking.This all made the bad tea seem like no big deal. As most parents do, I had to stop in the middle of our meal to take my daughter to the restroom. She's young and still learning. This was the ABSOLUTE END of having any appetite. In my opnion, their bathrooms were worse than most truck stop bathrooms. The walls and partitions looked like it had been years since they'd been cleaned... I would think someone should wear a hazmat suit to clean that restroom. Despite all efforts to touch NOTHING, I still felt completely contaminated just for having stepped foot in there. I decided not to complain until after paying for our meal, because I didn't want someone to think I was just trying to get free food. The problem with this was that our server charged us for the wrong table. Now, on their behalf, a free desert was offered by the manager halfway through the meal because of the wait. And, after the complaints about the restrooms and wrong charges, our children's meals were comped as well. This however didn't lessen my obligation to make the public aware that I now have food poisoning to deal with in addition to the other complaints. Save yourself the trouble and eat somewhere else.

This Chili's location offers good food. You may expect to wait up to two hours to receive it at times. I find the service is a lot faster in the bar area. They make very good drinks for waiting and the chips and salsa will come out immediately. Overall I enjoy eating at this Chili's location.
