My boyfriend and I are pizza lovers; now, Pizza Hut is not the best pizza in the world, but it is the best pizza in Seguin! We pretty much always order delivery; our items are generally to us in less than an hour - hot and fresh. Every single delivery person we have encountered has been cheerful and happy. One time PH got our order wrong; they corrected it and had the new pie to use within the hour! I have never been dissatisfied with this Pizza Hut. Quality and efficient!

When I order online and have it delivered, I usually have no problem. The food is good and the prices are reasonable if you get a special. The last two times I have gone in for carryout, however, I've ended up sitting there waiting for my pizza while it sits in the warmer waiting for me. I'm not sure if it's a lack of communication with the customers, or if the employees are lacking communication with each other, but something definitely needs work.

Ordered pizza at 234 pm for delivery....was told 35 minutes.....332pm still no pizza. Called to check and was told their delivery driver didn't come in that day so the other guy just showed up and it would be another 20 minutes until it got there. The guy says let me check on a discount. Wait and some guy gets on the phone saying.Times vary for delivery and it would be 17 minutes. He didn't know I called my order in at 234. When he checked he said they would give me a discount from $35 to $23. Checked my bank account they reversed $35 and then charged me $29 instead of $23..it's 410pm pizza finally gets here almost 2 hrs after ordering.and I ordered 2 sauces got 1 So not organized or worth the experience. Love pizza hut but the Seguin location is worthless. Next time ordering somewhere else.

I always loved Pizza Hut . But I had a complaint on how my pizza was not cooked it was still kinda of raw. And when I spoke to manager it was like he thought I was trying to get a free pizza or something. I told him I don't want anything free I just won't ever go there again. I mainly wanted him to check is oven temperature so he could correct. I had already put my pizza in my oven. Plus it was 1 hour late. I wish he would of just listen rather than assumed .

Ordered online and went to pick up my pizza... Fast and easy... People where friendly and helpful
